The only constant in life is change

Creative workshop with art therapy methods

Change can evoke many positive memories and emotions as we let go of things that we overgrew or never really served us. But it’s also very common to have painful experiences connected to leaving something that was once important to us: personal connections, a way of living, or our beliefs that kept us ‘safe’, just to mention a few.

In this workshop, we will work with change through the symbols of autumn and the power of free art creation in a safe and supportive group setting.

This is for you, if:

  • you would like to discover or take a new perspective on your relationship with change
  • you are experiencing challenges with change: either coping with it or taking roots
  • looking for a space to create personal and meaningful artwork to express yourself freely under the guidance of a trained psychologist in a supportive and non-judgemental environment with like-minded people

No prior artistic experience is needed, all materials are included and you can take home your own artworks.

Join us to experience the beauty and genuine joy of creation and free self expression, and leave with a clearer head and a lighter heart 🙂

A journey into myself

Art therapy based self-awareness session series

Take a deep dive into your inner world and explore the richness of your emotions and the different layers of yourself through free art making. This series of sessions is organized around several topics that are important to navigate successfully the sea of everyday life and to take back the the driving seat, no matter how much turmoil surrounds you.

In this series we will work with the symbols and archetypes of autumn and winter and will focus on:

  • how do you relate with yourself and with the external world?

  • what did you achieve and should be proud of? What should you carry forward, retry, or let go of?

  • how do let relationships, beliefs, and projects go that do not serve you anymore?

  • what is your relation with change and passing away (and whether it can be different)?

  • what is your essential and authentic inner core? How does that feel and look like?

  • what are your self-identical desires, your dreams? How to get in touch with your innermost being and bring your light forward?
